Team Miura reports in from C3

The summit team Yuichiro,Gota and Muraguchi reached Camp 3 (7200m) today, together with three sherpas. Gota gives an update directly from C3 along with a new summit attempt schedule:
"C3 is located in the middle of Lothse face on the steep hill. I already miss C2 and cannot wait to go up to South Col tomorrow. Every one is fine and my father at age of 70 is finest of all! It is amazing. The route and condition to C3 was very good with just little breeze."

May 18 C4 (7984m)
May 19 C5 (8450m)
May 20 Summit attempt
May 21 C4 (7984m)
May 22 C2 (6450m)
May 23 Back to Base Camp
70 tear old Yuichiro Miura is one of three climbers this season trying to set an age record on summiting Everest.
This is Yuichiro's second time on Everest 33 years ago he became, "The man who skied down Everest." At a little above 8000 meters he donned a parachute and started down the steep and notoriously icy slope of the South Col.
