Mars Rover sending back images again - but hey, who's that?!
15:15 p.m. EST Jan 23, 2004
NASA reports that the Mars Rover has sent back data again after a few days of silence.

The shocking images however revealed an unexpected sight. The skier is believed to be an illegal Mars immigrant apparently heading to attempt the first summit of our solar systems tallest mountain; Olympus Mons.

The mountain is a volcano and three times taller than Everest. The climber has admitted to using oxygen.

The Mars Rover recently sent back striking images from Mars (not using Contact 2.0). Mars Olympus is three times taller than Everest, but with Mars gravity three times less than Earth - Olympus equals Everest in difficulty (three times lighter steps).
A crux is that Olympus is as wide as the state of Arizona. Upon reaching the brim, a serious trek still awaits to the centre summit.
Olympus is yet unclimbed by humans. There are no climbing fees, but the expedition cost is huge due mainly to logistics.
