Everest: In Maegan's own words

Maegan Carney has twice earned the title as World Champion in Extreme Skiing, and now the American born citizen of Chamonix is on the most extreme adventure of her life – an attempt to ski from the summit of Mount Everest.
But she earned another title at Everest's Camp III the other day: Queen for a Day! Headache Queen, that is. Many of the members of Wally Berg’s expedition were also nursing their aching heads – a typical rite of passage in the acclimatization process, but Wally asserts, "Maegan had the best one."
The team has since descended to BC and further down valley to soak up the oxygen-rich air of for a couple of days before heading back up.

The interview in English is with Maegan shortly after she won her World Championship title. The other (in French) is an interview with Maegan about her quest for Everest.
Berg Adventures has the only South Side expedition this fall. They have a real challenge ahead of them these upcoming weeks having to fix and prepare Everest entirely by themselves. One of the expedition members, Maegan Carney plans to ski down from the summit.
