Once again, Kazakh climber Denis Urubko has won the speed ascent competition on Amangeldy (3,999m). The event, organized by the Central Sport Army Club of Kazakhstan Republic and the Rescue Center of Almaty, was held on December 28th. Denis also won the title in 1997, 1998 and 1999.
